The Conception

  After discussing many ideas and plans we have come up with a combined idea of giving services to the elderly people along with the help of an existing product idea with some modifications. As mentioned before about the tag8 customer care services which are cheaper and easy to handle, we now try to modify it and make it easy for the elderly people. So we thought of making it into a bracelet model which can basically be worn on hand instead of being tagged. This bracelet will basically have the information of volunteer organisations details and the product user family details. But  a systematic plan has been thought of by us for this implementation. And the plan goes like this:

   1. As all the devotees either reach the thirath yatras from airports or railway stations or bus stands, we basically try to focus on these places to distribute the bands/bracelet model whichever we are gonna design.

   2. For that we must be collecting their adhar cards, family members information, etc. in the process of a basic registration and meanwhile the volunteer organisation info and the user family members( at least one) info be printed on the papers finishing with lamination(in the shape of a small square preferably).

   3. So this will now get inserted into the bracelet model that we are gonna design and get distributed to them.

   4. Our volunteer groups are present at different locations inside and to make them aware of this that they are our volunteers, a specific logo or something like a flag is to be used so that it will be easy for them to find us among the crowd.

   5. So if any elderly person gets separated from their family they can reach out to any of our volunteer groups easily or else even if they approach any random person for help, they can contact our volunteer( info is available through the bracelet worn by the lost person) and can inform them.

   6. As our volunteer is available with some rough idea of the location can now contact any of the missing person’s family members(as the information is available in the registration records or through the bracelet) and can assist them in any way possible.
